Organizational Training Terms & Conditions

Anew Health Solutions PLLC provides professional development, leadership education, and organizational training through The CLARITY Code Effect® and Anew Professional Institute.

Training experiences may include CLARITY Essentials, CLARITY Leadership Labs™, customized workshops, and other organizational development programs.

The specific training format, duration, participant capacity, learning objectives, and deliverables will be outlined in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Published prices represent starting investments and may vary depending on:

• ✦Training format and duration
• ✦Number of participants
• ✦Level of customization
• ✦Organizational needs and requested deliverables
• ✦Virtual or in-person delivery
• ✦Additional resources or services requested

CLARITY Essentials training begins at $997 USD.

Final pricing will be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before services are scheduled.

For in-person training, additional expenses may apply, including transportation, airfare, lodging, meals, parking, venue requirements, and other reasonable travel-related costs.

All anticipated travel expenses will be communicated and approved before arrangements are finalized.

Additional expenses resulting from client-requested changes may require separate approval and payment.

A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to secure a training date unless otherwise specified in writing.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled training.

For bookings made within 14 days of the training date, full payment may be required at confirmation.

Training dates are not guaranteed until the required agreement and payment have been received.

Organizations may request to reschedule a confirmed training session by providing written notice at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled date.

One rescheduling request may be accommodated without an additional administrative fee, subject to availability.

Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• ✦30 or more days before training: Payments received will be refunded, less documented nonrecoverable expenses and the cost of customized work already completed.
• ✦15–29 days before training: A 50% cancellation fee applies to the agreed training fee.
• ✦14 days or fewer before training: The full training fee becomes payable and is nonrefundable.

Any nonrefundable travel expenses or third-party costs already approved by the organization remain the organization's responsibility.

If Anew Health Solutions PLLC must cancel a scheduled training and an alternative date cannot be mutually agreed upon, payments for undelivered services will be refunded.

All training materials, frameworks, assessments, workbooks, presentations, and proprietary resources remain the intellectual property of Anew Health Solutions PLLC or their respective owners.

The CLARITY Code Effect® and associated proprietary training materials are provided for authorized organizational learning purposes only.

Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, modified, recorded, or used to deliver independent training programs without prior written permission.

Participants may use authorized resources internally for their professional development and organizational application.

Recording, livestreaming, or distributing training sessions is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Anew Health Solutions PLLC will exercise reasonable care in handling confidential organizational information shared during training preparation and delivery.

Organizations and participants are expected to respect the privacy of other attendees and refrain from disclosing confidential information shared during group discussions.

Select training programs may qualify for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and/or HRCI recertification credits.

Eligibility varies by program and will be clearly identified before registration.

Participation in organizational training does not automatically guarantee continuing education eligibility or credit approval.

When applicable, participants must satisfy the specified attendance, participation, and completion requirements to receive appropriate documentation.

Anew Health Solutions PLLC is committed to delivering engaging, practical, and evidence-informed professional development experiences.

Training is designed to equip participants with actionable strategies to strengthen leadership effectiveness, workplace communication, organizational capacity, and team performance.

However, organizational outcomes depend on multiple factors, including participant engagement, leadership commitment, organizational conditions, and implementation of recommended practices.

Specific financial, operational, employee retention, or performance outcomes are not guaranteed.

Training programs are educational and developmental in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy, individual clinical treatment, legal advice, or individualized medical services.

Any organizational recommendations are intended to support informed leadership decisions and do not replace an organization's responsibility for its own operational, personnel, or regulatory decisions.

By signing an organizational training agreement or completing a confirmed booking, the organization acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.

Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
